            Sucralose Descriptions:  Sucralose is a non-caloric high intensive artificial sweetener, used to substitute sugar. It is approximately 600 times as sweet as sucrose. Unlike other sweeteners, Sucralose is stable under heat and also over a broad range of PH conditions. Therefore, it can be used in baking or products that require a longer shelf life. Sucralose is used as an ingredient in beverages, pharmaceutical products, and in more than 6000 processed foods; it can also be used as a tabletop sweetener for consumers as offered in supermarkets.
